7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans — including Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, and the 12 Giveaways pack — come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

After the 7-Day Period

Refund requests made after the 7-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion if:

Subscription Cancellations

Cancelling a subscription (Pro Monthly or Pro Annual) stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you cancel within the first 7 days of a new subscription or renewal, you are still eligible for a full refund under our 7-day guarantee.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of your account.
